Ovation
"I love the openness of the floor plan.
I’ve been looking for a long time. Having been in the building business I can visualize
plans. Every condominium that I had ever been in or looked at up to this point made me feel
claustrophobic.
This is the first time where I felt like that the outdoors were brought into the
condominium. Every living area has its own balcony, allowing me to open the sliders and
have the breezes come into the condominium off the water. At Ovation we have sweeping
8-foot window walls that allow me to see the sunrise and the sunset. I know that when
I am indoors I will have the feeling of being outdoors.
The ability to open my home to the outdoors, the light, the height of the ceilings,
the amazing amount of glass, and the generous size of the rooms all contributed to my
buying decision. I could never feel claustrophobic in this condominium.
I grew up in South Tampa and had no intention of moving to downtown St Pete, but once
I saw the Ovation floor plan I knew I finally found a condominium that I would be happy
living in.
We spend our summers in a small town in England, so the idea of living in a village-like
setting in a coastal town in Florida has become increasingly appealing. We have family and
friends in Tampa, but it’s a short trip over the bridge. We’ve found that they’re excited
about visiting us in downtown St. Petersburg."
Melissa Riddlesworth, Ovation owner
"We would be glad for you to use us as an example of a retired couple
who have owned a bayfront JMC home and are looking forward to
buying at Ovation. The main reasons are:
- Our confidence in the integrity and high quality of the developer and the development
- The location on the St. Petersburg waterfront near the yacht club, shops, and other attractive amenities
- The generous size of the living units and the attractive layout of the space
- The alignment of interests of all the owners as 90% of the units are the same size, which helps eliminate the potential for friction when there are large disparities in the size of units and thus the financial commitment of the owners."

Marquesas
"I knew I could never lose out on an investment on Clearwater Beach. And with
prices this good, I wanted to get in on the ground floor. I didn't want to
be asleep at the wheel and let this amazing opportunity pass me by."
Richard Cipriano, Marquesas owner
"I stayed at the hotel that was previously on the property many times
over the years, and I had always dreamed of living there. I wished it was
a condo — and now I feel my dream has come true with Marquesas."
Brad Smith, Marquesas owner
"We always thought the property as it was previously developed was a
diamond in the rough," they said, "We feel the completion of Marquesas
will transform it into the sparkling jewel in the crown of Clearwater Beach."
Harry and Litsa Giotis, Marquesas owners
Minorca
"We had a condo out here for a few years and we heard about Minorca, the
project that was going up here. And we came by, just nosed around a little
bit, and the more we saw the construction going up and the quality here,
we knew that Minorca was the place for us."
Minorca Owner
"When you walk into any of the properties that JMC has in this area here —
they're beautiful, they're well maintained, and all that starts, obviously,
with the developer, who has a vision. And that really has worked out well
for us and our family. We're spending as much time as we can down here."
Minorca Owner
Florencia
"Waterfront living is very important to us — we've lived on the water
for quite a few years. We like to have our boat, and we like the view up
here. We're on the nineteenth floor overlooking a gorgeous view."
Florencia Owner
"Our first reason for buying was the location, certainly. We wanted
to be downtown, and this was the best of the downtown locations, we
thought, the best of the new projects. And secondly, we bought
because JMC was the builder."
Florencia Owner
"Jan and I actually spent quite a bit of time chatting with them about
the various subsystems, and that quickly convinced us that the "bones"
of the building were quite sound, and that was an important part of
our decision."
