After visiting my father in Florida over the years, we learned to
like Florida, and moved to Largo from Joplin, Missouri in 1982. We eventually
moved to a 1925 Spanish style house in Old Northeast St. Petersburg,
and later to a condominium at Vinoy Place, never to move again.
As I watched different high-rise condominiums go up in this area,
I enjoyed their open houses just for fun. But after attending a couple
of charity receptions at Ovation, I learned more about the quality of
JMC's work and decided I was ready for another change. I decided to
move here by the end of last year.
I love the overall beauty and layout of Ovation, but my favorite
feature of the building is its strength and safety. JMC has a reputation
for top quality and I have found they certainly live up to that.
My favorite home feature is the layout of the rooms. As I experience
living here, it is elegant and comfortable at the same time, and easy
for entertaining. I enjoy the balconies, especially for morning coffee
and reading.
My Cock-a-poo puppy, Gracie, fits in nicely too - some days I have
to give in and call this "Gracie's Place." She is still, often, a puppy
terror, and sometimes I return home to find the foyer toilet-papered,
but there is hope she will grow up soon.
